2021 Community Call Schedule
In 2021, Measurement Lab will facilitate a series of community calls focusing on 3 core topics: General M-Lab updates, Internet Measurement Research and Broadband Advocacy/Policy. We will rotate through these topics on the fourth Wednesday of every month and every meeting will take place at 11am EST for 60-90 mins.
Using M-Lab Data in Broadband Advocacy and Policy
For researchers, policy makers, governing bodies, advocacy groups, or anyone who wants to understand M-Lab data and how it compares to other internet measurement data sets, M-Lab has begun to develop recommendations for appropriate use of our data in their analyses and reports.
Wehe Measurement Service Launched on M-Lab Platform
The M-Lab team is excited to officially announce the launch of the Wehe measurement service on the platform. Working closely with the Wehe research team headed by David Choffnes, Associate Professor at Northeastern University, M-Lab launched the new measurement service, which is focused on net neutrality, in late 2020. The French telecom regulator, Arcep, announced their integration of Wehe in December.
